Take to the skies
Date: 28 07 2006
Brand new website launched to coincide with the release of Ace Combat titles on PSP and PS2.

Late 2006 sees the return of the all-action flight simulator Ace Combat to PlayStation 2 in Ace Combat: The Belkan War, which takes place before the last game in the series, Ace Combat: Squadron Leader.

Once again, you take to the skies at the helm of your army-issue jet to see off your foes in a series of exhilarating mid-air battles.

This is followed by the series' debut on PSP, Ace Combat X: Skies of Deception, which offers a new take on the winning formula. Set in 2020, you are a pilot in the Gryphus Squadron of the Federal Republic of Aurelia, charged with defending Aurelia from the invading country of Leasath.

Of course, if you want to be master of the skies you'll need a range of skills including mental agility, quick handling and intuitive thinking. To see if you'll make the grade, why not visit acecombatgame.com to test your skills?

Locate targets, make split-second decisions, and take them down with ruthless efficiency - have you got what it takes to succeed?

Visit acecombatgame.com for more details and keep your sights locked on playstation.com for future updates.
